Healthy on the Fly has been designed to bring nutrition and health with you, wherever you go. Nathalie Garcia is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner graduating with First Class Honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition.
Nathalie is also a certified Metabolic Balance coach, Iridologist, as well as a Colon Hydro-Therapist. Her commitment to helping you find balance within your fast-paced life without compromising your health stems from her own challenges to find balance and health as a jet-setting flight attendant.
